1. Assignment of campsite will be made by
management at registration office only. Please
occupy your site and do not move without first
checking with the front desk manager.
Check out time is 11 AM.
Check-In
time is 2:00 PM.
Please renew your campsite by 10:00 AM if staying
another day. Additional charge for late departures.
No refunds for early departure or adverse weather.
2. Visitors must check in at
registration office before entering campground and
pay fee.
3. GROUND
FIRES
are not
permitted. Fireworks, ATV’s, mini-bikes & MOTORIZED
SCOOTERS are not permitted.
4. Pets are permitted on leash only and are not to
be left unattended in the campground.
PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET.
Bath house and club house are off
limits.
5. Speed limit throughout the park is 10 M.P.H.
Please watch for children.
6. No excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages.
No alcohol containers visible. No alcohol allowed in
buildings.
7. Please do not damage the trees or shrubbery.
8. Please
do not park on the grass or vacant sites.
9. Do not move picnic tables from one site to
another.
10. Please display auto pass in front windshield.
11.
Please secure your own valuables.
Campground cannot be responsible for loss or theft.
12.Campground
is not responsible for any accidents or injuries
resulting in or around the campground.
13.The map shows approximate locations of campsites
and roads. Please exercise caution when driving or
backing off concrete pads.
14. No washing of cars or campers on your site.
15. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
16. Swimming -
there is no lifeguard on duty at the
pool.
Children under the age of 14 may not swim without an
adult in attendance. Pool hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00
PM. No children under 12 years permitted in the hot
tub.
17. Bath House & Laundry - Our bath houses are
cleaned frequently during the day and night. They
are closed in rotation for heavy scrubbing for one
hour each day.
18. Clotheslines - Are permitted for beach & swim
wear only and must be kept under the awning or
attached to the camper only!
19. Mail - Your mail and messages may be picked up
at the registration desk.
20. Activities - Our recreation director and staff
have planned a full schedule of activities in season
which are posted on bulletin board in the club
house.
21.Garbage -
We do not have site pick up. Please
place your garbage in the dumpster convenient to
your site.
22.Donut Gasket and/or 90º angle must be used on all
sewer hookups.
We emphasize that Camp Hatteras is a
privately owned family campground. Our rules are for
the consideration of all of our guests and the
protection of our property. We reserve the right
to select our clientele and
